Our Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review our spa policies below:

Appointments & Cancellations:

  • We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 
  • A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. 
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. 
  • No-shows will be charged $25 of the service cost.

Late Arrivals:

  • Arriving late may shorten your treatment time. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a cancellation fee.

Children & Guests:

  • To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only guests receiving services be present in the treatment area. 
  • Children under 12 are not permitted unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.

Health Conditions:

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to your service so we can ensure your safety and comfort.

Payments & Gratuity:

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select digital payments. 
  • Gratuity is not included in service prices but is always appreciated.

Returns & Refunds:

  • All product sales are final. Services are non-refundable, but if you’re unsatisfied, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Environment:

  • Please silence your phones and speak softly to help us maintain a peaceful space for all guests.

Personal Items:

  • We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. For your protection, we ask you do not bring valuable items or clothing inside the salon. We regret to inform you that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, including clothing, accessories, technology, etc.

Right to Refuse Service:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

Products / Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Special Notes:

  • For Massage & Facial Services:
    We won’t be unable to provide services for clients with active skin infections, fungal conditions, or other contagious skin issues.

  • For Head Spa Services:
    We are unable to provide Head Spa services for clients with hair extensions, scalp ringworm, or fungal scalp conditions.
    Please note that our Head Spa services include a professional blow-dry only and do not include hair styling.

  • For Lash Services:
    We offer fill services only for lash sets originally applied at our spa.
    An additional $25 fee applies for lash removal.
